Is Hip Hop&&The Media influencing our youth in a negative way? Or Are our youth being underestimated by assuming they're narrow-minded enough to follow something they see on TV? I feel that the parents and communities are to blame. PERIOD...What Do You Think?

  1. I agree. Also, your avatar looks like somebody just farted.

  2. Parents....They need to take control...whether is where they hang around  and, what and who they can be influenced by....It starts at home....

  3. no its not, if somebody steals a 100 grand from me chances are somethings going to happen rap and tv has nothing to do with that what people forget is we used to be cave men we used to go out with big rocks and smash the heads of the people we didn't like we used to kill people with are bare hands like it wasn't nothing now people want to believe that people are not capable of this and that we are more advanced than that but were not we still have that insistent to kill went we are done wrong and their is nobody to blame for it its just how we are the only diffrence between us and cave men is we can speak

  4. Not period, there's plenty of blame to go around.  Everyone needs to take more responsibility for there actions esp. with are young people.  An adolescents mind is still growing and programming itself, there gonna make mistakes.  Hip Hop sometimes plays the role of scapegoat to cover the bigger issues that are developing at this time in a teens life.

  5. I think it is in someway but if a child is dumb enough to let hip hop influence them then that parent did a horrible job at raising them.

  6. yea sure..if i shoot up tha college aint nothin to it GANGSTA RAP MADE ME DO IT...IF I SELL a LIL crak aint nothin to it GANGSTA RAP MADE ME DO IT...If i call u a ***** aint nothin to it Gangsta rap made me do it..of course its the parents..lazy *** muthfukerz dont watch ther kidz no mor..giv a cell phone a computer n they stay outa da way...communities too shud push people to get involved..im 19 but i remeber growin up we wud play football outside wit all tha neighborhood kids or ride bikes..everyday around 7 all tha kidz came out n just started playin..not no mor...

  7. no hip hop isn't to blame at all it's the media's fault for leaking it out!!!!

  8. Hip hop isn't to blame, why are you trying to sound smart

  9. If we only saw happy movies and shows on TV and only listened to music promoting peace; would our world get any better?I don't think what I listen to makes me a better or worse person. The peace songs of the 60s didn't end the Vietnam War.

A crack head that shoots somebody and listens to gangsta? He's on drugs and he's got a gun. I'd blame the gun dealer and the blackmarket in drugs, not the guy that provides the soundtrack lol

The old will always see the young as out of control. They always have. One day we'll be complaining about negative youth too. Never changes.

  10. Hip-Hop killed my dog, and knocked over my trash cans in the middle of the night. Raccoons got into the trash, and made a huge mess, and now I have to clean it up. d**n you, hip-hop.

Also, your avatar really _does_ look like someone just farted.
