May I know whether home schooling legal in Malaysia? Is home schooling student legal to have the Malaysia certified exam (PMR, UPSR, SPM)?

  1. From what I know, homeschooling is legal in Malaysia providing you get special permission from the Ministry of Education.  Private students cannot take UPSR exams but allowed for SPM exams.
