Is Hornsby area a good area to live in Sydney?if you have a baby?

It is suburbia.  A reasonably well off middle class area - not too rich and not too poor.  It is on 2 railway lines, but is towards the northern edge of the city so is not central.  It has a hospital and a good shopping mall.  Close to a national park but not to beaches.  There are a lot of private schools in the area, and I would think the public schools are pretty good.

Yes it is, it has good transport facilities.

If you don't want, my idea is Black town, Parramatta, Strathfield or Burwood. There are big shopping centers like West field and west point.
