It is an Industrial Town cleverly planned by Tamil Nadu, at a close proximity of 40 Km for Bengaluru, across the state border, on National Highway.

Real estate - just for investment purpose not much desired as of now.

Hosur is Tamil Nadu and not Bangalore, It is an Industrial sector, you can look for plots in Hosur easily.

Hosur comes under Tamilnadu and the only relation that it as with Bangalore is that it is close to Bangalore other than that there is no relation between Bangalore and Hosur.
