  1. San Antone (since you don't list Austin, the Hub o' the Universe). I lived in Houston for 4 years, worked there for ten. It...is...a...dump. I hate visiting there.

  2. Well I haven't lived in San Antonio (although I have visited MANY MANY times), but I HAVE lived in Houston.

You couldn't pay me to move back to Houston. The traffic and the weather alone are bad enough.

San Antonio is a really fun city. There is always something to do and it's in fairly close proximity to Austin which is a GREAT city =)

  3. San Antonio. It's got more things to do and see. and it has an awsome night life!

  4. I've lived in San Antonio and lived outside of Houston, and San Antonio wins hands down.  It has beauty, charm and ambiance that is hard to match which is why tourism is a big industry.  Houston is urban sprawl surrounded by refineries.  I remember my husband saying as we drove through, "I was really hoping to be closer to a refinery."  At 2 a.m. as we passed yet another refinery, it was hysterical, but it wasn't scenic or charming.

Houston has much to offer (outlet stores, NASA, and proximity to Galveston), but San Antonio has its own unique feel and a definite flavor of Mexico that sets it apart.
