Is Hoxton (London) a nice place to live?

It depends on who you are. Hoxton is pretty horrible but certain parts of it have funky attic apartments and many middle class funky arty types like to hang out there for a taste of urban decay.

there are some decent clubs and bars around that area but really its not the sort of place youd really want to live for many reasons. Its not really east London, just a little east of centre and by the city of London to one side and islington to the other..
