Is Hulk: Ultimate Destruction a good buy??

So at my local K-mart theres one copy left of Hulk Ultimate Destruction and it came out a while ago but its still $40 and im wondering if thats a good buy or not???

The press reviewed it at an 8.3 based on 40 reviews and IGN readers listed it as an 8.8 based on 17 Reviews with an Average of 8.4 points out of 10.The ratings sound impressive,graphics look great and it's packed full of awesome features.I hear your sonic clap in the game can even DESTROY BUILDINGS!

Looks like a great buy!
