For humans it is the perfect food. High in GLA, amongst other things. as to is it safe, the babies seem to grow like wild on it, no? Cheers

yes, dur why do you think everyone wants people to breastfeed their babies. i really wonder though if breastmilk is so perfect why does everyone try to make women feel bad for breastfeeding in public. if your babys hungry feed them! I had no problem whippin them out and feeding my kids. its the most natural thing there is and it is very sweet tasting, enjoy.

No,not at all its the best you can give a infant .and if your a adult and have took a drink its still alright . You will just  have a good v movement. Its ok  to have you experience with breast milk its not there for long.
