Is Hurricane Gustav going to finish the job that Hurricane Katrina started?

I've heard Gustav is nearing there; NOLA is still in a fragile state, isn't it? Will this finish it off?

I'm sick of you people. yes the hurricane is

coming here but, gosh stop talking about how

bad the hurricane was to louisiana! what about

mississippi! and even a bit of alabama. what

about florida! the only reason NO got flooded

so bad was because the levis broke. if they

didn't break than NO wouldn't have been any

worse than mississippi or any of the other

states i named! and yes NOLA is still fragile, we all are!
