Is Hurricane Gustav going to out do Katrina / or is the Govenor just being overly cautious/?

2 Govenor is watching his butt after the mess of KATRINA, and all the controvery.

I hope not, but since they are still recovering, I think it's a pretty scary thing for them right now. New Orleans is not strong enough yet to take another hit so strong, so soon.

Katrina didn't hit New Orleans. Katrina hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast. New Orleans was "devastated" due to the levee's breaking. This hurricane is more than likely (while not certain) going to hit New Orleans. So, yes, it will be far worse.

It seems as though Gustav might outdo Katrina.  Better safe than sorry.  The warm water in the Gulf of Mexico aren't helping to 'ease' the situation.  So I really hope that the governor was just exaggerating, and trying to safe his butt...
