its good and in favour of the country. Following facts make it a profitable deal:

1. India willl get uninterrupted fuel for energy needs.

2. india can still produce the nukes with her own urenium.

3. Safeguards rule are modified for India, they dont pose any threat over security(nuclear bombs) .

4.of course we can not enrich urenium at the reactor where safe guards are applied, but on others we can.
