Is INSTANTCAST a scam?

[instantcast.com] I signed up and I was "accepted from the few" and then got a VIP membership. It says its free for 2 weeks, and then they will start charging 4.95 a week, it says that they need your credit card number to "verify" and wont charge you. I havent signed up yet. Then I got another email saying that Lil'Wanye and T-pain wants models, concerning their new video "Get Money" I clicked that and it says they are charging 14.95 a week. I read that they change their terms of service all the time and they take peoples money. So Id like to know your opinion please.

it is a total SCAM  they willl steal yor money

also they say no expirence nesesery whats that?! every one nows you need experience to have an audition you can see in google a lot of people lost hundreds of dollars
