Good company to work for.  Then don't turn and burn employee's like other fast food places.  All their management staff was promoted from within the company.

it really is a good job because you get to get burgers at half price or sometimes for free so ya i would work there and the people there are really nice too :) good luck

i've heard its one of the highest paying fast food restaurants.. so if you're going to work at a fast food joint might as well make it worth while with some hotties and some good cash ;)

Well, if you want to live in a lower class life, then that would be a good job. Fast food resturants are good short term jobs, but if you want to get a job that actually earns you money, do not work there. If you want to gawk at hot people all day, then this job is also good for you. But i hope you dont care more about hot people than money.

I am there all the time, and it seems like the workers flirt and joke around a lot. The enviornment is a real good one, since In-N-Out is really clean. I recommend it.

Could be a good job, depending on who is in charge and who is working there.

You'll never know until you work there. Hot people is a good sign, but could be distracting. Employers want you to work.
