If you are a contract employee, you will receive a 1099 Misc Income from the company that you did work with.  It is reported on a Schedule C for self employed people.

Was TDS deducted by the employer? Did you get Form 16 or Form 16A.

If you were an employee, you should get Form 16. If you were a contractor, you should get Form 16A.
