China is, but India just seems to be getting more and more overpopulated and more and more poorer.

  1. yes,they are trying to educate the masses(poorer ppl in rural areas)about overpop. probs.

    it wud take some time but after some 10-15 yrs india will rule!

  3. family planning is actively happening in all state health ministry in india.. and advice are been given out to the general public.. poverty will be eradicated.. see india in 2020 dude.. jai hind!
