Yes like India's diverse culture its cuisine is also extremely diverse. Every state has its own cuisine such as dosas are famous among south indians and dhokla is famous among gujratis. But my personal favourite is punjabi food.

especially as INDIA has 28 states , 16 official languages , each state will be quite different in all. food is one of the biggest asset to india as it is quite tasty and good.

man u have to eat it and feel it. m,mmmmmmmm. yummy. even im Non Resident Indian  still i love the food.

so many are having doctorates in this subject ..........!

try it and njoy if u r not indian then be careful with oil and spice.
