Is Internet Explorer 7 safe to download ??? most info gets 10 POINTS!?

I wanted to download the new Internet Explorer 7. *** said it will create virus which i noe is will not so I want to prove that it will not create virus.

ive had it for about 6 months ever since i got my computer. it doesnt cause a virus just i prefer safari.

ONLY download any Microsoft updates from the Microsoft site. This is never going to cause a virus. You will often get a message about installers possibly causing virus's as a security precaution, this actively blocks any forced downloads you do NOT want. Do not install it if you are using a USB modem for your connection, it has serious issues with many of these, making the machine unstable. If you have a router or LAN cable modem, it is fine.

It is safe. It will under estame some of the computers usage and try to form a virus, but it never succeeds. If you go to some websites where the URL bar warns you may contain viruses, but you go anyway, you may be asking for some computer troubles, because only the websites that have no viruses at all zippo will be able to not contaminate your computer. I think that whatever you think about and decide on will work. I think that you need to practice looking at some DHD samples that you can find on your computers preferences and you can download a safe copy of O94J5K that will make most of the websites you go to shut down all of the viruses that will contaminate your computer. If you have any more questions than it would probably work to consult a computer store that sold the computer to you. If you want to download it, I say go ahead, no problem! It really doesn't matter how old your computer is for this software, just as long as you download a free source, any old computer is good to go! I did not look at the site because I just got a new computer and I have not downloaded any safe circuit free downloads yet, so I always have my computers last as long as they possibly can by downloading it. It is ver y quick and super easy!

it is perfectly safe to download and run.  whoever told you it would "create a virus" doesn't know what they're talking about, or doesn't know what a virus is.  

however, it will not PREVENT viruses from infecting your computer. that's what an anti virus program is for.  also, don't visit p**n, warez and gambling sites because these are notorious for distributing malware.

i've had IE 7 on my laptop at work for about a year. it gets scanned for viruses several times a week. no viruses found. when you go to download it, it will check to see if you have enuf space for it.
