  1. No. Iranians are entirely different from Saudi Arabians because they aren't Arabs. Iran is a stricter Muslim country which the US hates. The US loved Saudi Arabia.

  10. No.  Persians aren't even Arab.

    They speak Farsi, not Arabic, and are distantly related, at best.  In fact, many European peoples are directly descended from the Persians, such as the Croatians who emmigrated from Hourvaiti province in Northeastern Persia around 800 AD.

    It snows in Tehran, too.
