Is Iraq Goverment Corrrupted? oil+money= gone.?

Iraq is a very wealthy country from its oil.

But we see iraq as a bad poor low defence country.

where does all the money go too then?

Iraq is just letting the money pile up.  This is a shame because the US is the one footing the bill in keeping them defended.  Still it isn't as bad as it sounds, they themselves have been working on sending the US forces home.  

*they figure by this time, it is the US that makes them a target more than thier money/religion*

and two.  The US actually made deals with the Iraqi government to have them pay us back over time.  There is the concern over corrupt officials and wasteful spending but..

now that the worst violence has passed it seems it is just a matter of time before this war is done.
