I know what you're talking about and when I was in Afghanistan I did not see or hear about anything like that.

Having spent 22 years in the military I can tell you for a fact that wherever the ratio of males to (available) females is in favor of the females, there is exploitation. It is a fact and neither local law nor UCMJ can stop it.
