Is Iraqi oil production yet back to preinvasion levels? what happens to price of gas when production is down?

and oil supplies are threatened by potential and actual warfare in oil supply areas? Who benefits when supplies are scarce and make record profits?

The oil production in Iraq has never really gone down.  It might have dipped a bit during the initial time we took out Saddam but it's not been much sense.  The oil is piped to Saudi and OPEC pays Iraq for the oil they produce.  Gas prices are up because of summer and the fact that Obama has promised to take the profits from the oil companies.  The prices will go down a little after summer and then a little more when McCain takes over as president.

  3. Yes, it is as a matter of fact.  When production is down anywhere then the supply is down and that means th price goes up, that is the law of supply and demand.

  4. as long as the Republicans are in the white house the price of gasoline is going no where so when you pull into your local cheveron station remember who stole the election in 2000! and pony up the money when you fill up your SUV
