really depends where you are, dublin, the capital, is pretty bad regarding litter, gum on the streets and stuff, and just rubbish in general, nothing too serious though, its really only people too lazy to throw stuff in the bin, but theres no serious dumping, alots recycled. all the town are fine though, theres an annual competetion called tidy towns, which is pretty self-explanatory. So were not as bad as we think we are!

yes we are we get so much rain that every morning we all get up and trow a couple of boxes of washing powder outside and the rain takes all day to clean it up ya cant get any cleaner than that
