    The agreement is between Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

    Ireland is an island made up of 2 countries, the Republic and Northern Ireland. As our borders are open with the UK and we are an island nation, Ireland (Republic) was not part of the agreement.
