Is Islam comparble to Christianity in any way ?

If so what are the comparable things?

The only difference is that Islam is the semitic version of Christ whereas Christianity is the Greco-Roman version of the Christ story. On the End Days, the true Christians and the true Muslims will unite to free Jerusalem from the Anti-Christ.

They are both based on fairy tales, not fact.  They are both used to persecute people of different beliefs.  They are both filled with fanatics who refuse to comprimise.

I could go on for days, but the simple fact is that most religions are basically the same...because most people are basically the same.

There's a lot of things that are the same in Islam and Christianity. Like they believe in One God. They also believe that there will be a Judgment Day. They also beleive in Jesus but they think that is God. We think that Jesus was a prophet but we do love Jesus.

Yes, both are from Allah.  Both honor all the Prophets of the Torah.  Both recognize Isa (as) as a holy personage. And both are waiting for a Messiah to come.

Some Muslims have recognized that the Messiah has indeed come and have accepted him :)
