Is Islamophobia as reprehensible as Antisemitism?

No.  Antisemites hate all Jews.  Period.  The vast majority of Americans understand that the radicals represent a small number of those who practice Islam.  Antisemitism is a result of unreasonable hate, Islamaphobia is a result of justifiable fear and wariness.  Very different.

No.In this case the first one is a justified fear. In the 2nd case it's an active hatred and racism.

Ask me again when they stop blowing everything up in the name of Islam, trying to change our western countries, and the 'moderates' stop supporting them.

Yes it is, they are both as bad as each other. It seems today that Islamabad is accepted when it shouldn't be, just like anti-Semites used to be accepted. There are a few people who don't think anti-Semites is right are Islamophobics, which just doesn't make sense.
