Is It Easier To Get A 6-Pack If You Eat Less Or Eat More?

Well I dont eat a lot, but if I start eating a lot would I still have one also I have never been fatter than 135 pounds, pretty weird huh? Guess I am too skinny and my metabolism wont let me gain weight.

  1. You're going to have to eat better and exercise more. You can't get away with just eating less. If you exercise, then your body needs more fuel and you will have to eat more, but it needs to be the right stuff.

    Try something like the Men's Health Abs diet. They show some good exercises and how to eat better. It's not the fastest way of getting abs, but it will work with perseverance.


  2. If you you have belly fat you need to eat less because musculature will not show through a layer of fat. Of course you must eat sufficient protein to build muscle.
