Is It Fair To You?

My daughter is in a choir. I have noticed that the choir teacher always chooses this girl to do at least one solo each performance. Heres a vid of the choir. My girl is in the bottom row, 1st from the left. The "girl" is the girl singing a solo in How Can I Keep From Singing. Do you think it's fair?

Well. Do the other kids want to do a solo? If they are always begging the teacher to do a solo and then she always picks that one girl then it is not fair. But life&#039;s not fair.

Welcome to what choir teachers do. They choose a few favorites and those favorites get everything: they get into the best choirs, they get the choirs, and everyone adores them. The sooner you and your daughter accept this, the sooner your daughter can enjoy choir. It isn&#039;t fair, but it&#039;s part of the choir experience.
