That depends on what you mean by "alternative" school.

It also depends on the laws in the jurisdiction where the school is located.  Did you ask where the restroom is?

There does have to be handicapped accessible bathroom stalls.

But their own? As in separate, not that I'm aware of.

Alternative schools can be a variety of things, including mentally handicapped, or physically, or even special education for the gifted or disciplinary problems, so it would help if you were more specific.
