Is It Normal For My Heart To Pound So Hard?

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, my heart will get really fast and pound so hard it hurts like crazy in my throat. All i can hear is the THUD of it and it almost feels like it's trying to escape!

  3. I don't think so, if you are not doing any activity your heart should do that, I would call your doctor.

    Happened to me a few times, for no apparent reason.  

  7. Its normal, but you probably need to mention it at your next check up. It is also normal for your heart to flutter.

    they might put a heart montor on you

    also make sure you are eating and drinking water

  9. look palpitations are not funny see your doc or a cardiologist k if it continuous, stress is a high factor and caffeine. the pound you feel is your heart skipping a beat you might need to take a stress test that test will tell you and your doc everything about your heart and if there is any concern. take care of your self we tend to take this as if it was nothing be good to your heart and your body.  

  10. If you live life like I do it's normal.  Your left arm is probably tingling also.
