Is It Ok For Me To Wear High Heels Stilettos?

I'm way shorter than my friend's height and everytime i stand i get the feeling loser and i feel bad, And this year i was thinking of wearing 4 inch high heels to get tall as them. Is it ok to wear heels? I got black 4 inch stilettos because i think they could match with my dress pants. Will the heels show through my pants cuffs at the bottom?

Yes, you can wear stilettos; you can wear whatever you want.  Will they show?  Yes, absolutely they will, even if you got them hemmed to match the shoe height (which you absolutely should anyway).  Is that a big deal?  I can't speak for you, but for me it's not.

You are brave to want to wear stilettos in public, but don't do it.  They will be discernible under your pant leg bottoms because of their slight stature, especially the slender heel.  My best advice is to use personality to overshadow your slight height.  You did not mention your age.  Could you still be growing?
