  1. If you have received your credit report from Trans Union, there should be a reference # on the top right  hand side. Their customer service # 1-800-916-8800 then type in the reference # that will transfer you to a live person that should be able to handle your problem

  3. Unfortunately NO!!! If you are trying to get something removed you must request their paperwork and fill it out and give them proof that the matter is paid off or resolved or is wrong. They will have to get something from the company you have issue with to say that it is worked out. If not you must submit a written statement explaining why, how and what and they attach it to your credit report in the form of  an explanation.

    But you have to have Report Number , Confirmation Number. It's best not to file dispute with credit bureaus' forms, because it makes easy for credit bureaus to find your file amongst the thousands other dispute letter .They only have 30 days to respond.
