Honestly, I personally doubt that your grandfather's bank statement is going to help with your visa application.  Your grandfather having money in his account one day does not mean that he still has it the next so a bank statement really proves nothing.

If your Grandfather is your sponsor then he should go through the proper channels set up for sponsors. See the source link. You're having his bank statement would not be the best idea. What are you doing with it? How did you get it? Does he know you have it?  That type of question would put you in an unfavourable light even if it is all legitimate. Better to go by the book.
