  1. This is a myth, muscle is muscle, fat is fat, neither convert!

  2. It's impossible to convert fat into muscle.  Thats like saying you can convert a Mini into a Porche!

  3. Muscle does not turn into fat or vice versa. They are two completely and utterly different things.

  4. It must be done with a proper diet and exercise regime. you will need to burn the fat off by execise and take in enough protein to build the muscles you are excercising. It'll be hard work but worthwhile as your body will be stronger and carrying less weight. At the moment you are carrying excess weight putting strain on your cardio-vascular system

  5. You can't turn fat into muscle.

Go about losing the fat then build muscle from a clean slate.  You'll gain fat as you eat to gain muscle.

  6. If you lose fat and build muscle at the same time then you'll see the change I think you desire. They are two different things, so you can't just turn fat into muscle.

Lose the fat from eating correctly, low carbs good protein etc.

    To build mucles:

When training do not train splits, do full body work outs every session (upper and lower on same day). Focus on compound exercises (using as much muscle at one time), such as squats, deadlifts, bench press etc.Another important factor is to ensure you post workout nutrition is up to scratch. This should consist of simple carbs to whey protein ratio 2:1.

  7. Well, if you're asking - "Can I turn fat into muscle?"  The answer is a simple, flat out, no.

However, excess fat will help you move more weight, which in turn will help you build more muscle.  And as you build muscle, it will burn calories and reduce the amount of fat.

  8. NO you burn fat and build muscles

  9. it is true that fat does not turn into muscle but there is supplements that incourage muscle to burn fat in prefrence to glycogen (stored sugar) the best and most healthy is an amno acid called carnithine (not creatine)

as this has been found to also be good for the heart

in terms of exercise aerobic is the way to go for your cardiovascular with resistance

not sensless pumping as this creates actic acid and burns very little fat

  10. You can convert some of your fat into muscle provided you work out regularly. However this requires a routine that is not going to be changed in later life. Once you stop the exercise, the fat will return, Better to loose weight through a reduced diet.

  11. Yes, i did i just did crunches and pressups and lots of running and basically just being active x
