Your argument carries some merit but you do a very poor job of executing it.  As soon as you compared throwing a dead octopus to killing or molesting children, you lost all credibility in my eyes.    Seriously, think about what you are saying here.  This is the mistake that organizations such as PETA make frequently.

It's Right! What's a little bit of allergic reactions and other harmful sh*t? It's a tradition!

Honestly, I think it is bad it is banned, but there needs to be more safety procedures to ensure that no one is harmed by the octopus juice.

Comparing throwing an already dead sea creature to rapists and such is beyond absurd. It's called extremism. Hellllllllloooooooooooooooooooo it's already dead!  I think it's wasting seafoood. I'd much rather dip it in beer batter and fry it up..yummmyyyyy

I've read those books too and nowhere does it say anything about anybody becoming Ted Bundy-like b/c he tossed an already dead octopus on the ice.   I do agree w/the correlation between hurting live animals such as cats and dogs.

** I agree. If you kill an animal you should cook it and pour gravy over it..not hang it..but that's my take on it.I've had deer, rabbit, buffalo, ostrich,pheasant, quail,  and of course ham, chicken, turkey, and beef.

i dont really care, haha i was watching the stars v wings series and somebody threw one at dallas haha.  Bettman banned it for a BS reason since when has anybody been hurt, if your gona ban smoething have something to back it up.

It's wrong. It's using an animal for the entertainment of humans, which is animal cruelty.
