  1. yes, it is rude to wear them indoors, much less when you are speaking with someone

  2. yes it makes it seem like you don't want to make eye contact with them. plus anyone wearing sunglass indoors looks stupid

  3. Honestly, yeah. I think it's rude.

  4. Wearing sunglasses indoors just makes the wearer look foolish, unless they're blind.  Outdoors, I would always remove sunglasses before having a conversation with someone, unless I knew them well and saw them regularly.  When someone unfamiliar speaks to me with their sunglasses on, I often ignore them (unless they're just quickly greeting me or asking for the time of day or something). Eye contact is courteous during a conversation. Despite your ability to HEAR what a person is saying, people equate eye contact with paying attention, e.g. "Look at me when I'm talking to you!"

  5. Yes, save that for the movie stars, or people trying too hard to be "cool"

  6. To me it seems very uppity. Like, snobbish. Maybe the person has an eye infection and was embarassed for his/her eyes to be seen at the time.

  7. I don't think so unless ur purposely trying to ignore them..it's wierdish  but not really rude?

  8. Tell me, do you look in their eyes when you speak with them?  If so, give them the same courtesy to look into yours!  Yes, it is rude to wear sunglasses during a conversation when they are not absolutely necessary!

  9. maybe during a job interview. or an audition for something. (unless its required) but it could make you look stuck up too. it basically depends what the situation with. if your with a bunch of friends no. but if your speaking to an elder or something or where your meeting somebody new. so it goes with the situation. hope that helped(:
