  1. You need to stay hydrated however water can do that. You need to watch the calorie content in Gatorade.

  2. nope as long as you are exercising while drinking it.

if you are just drinking it normally without the exercise, then the stuff in the Gatorade will build up in your body and actually make you sick.

  3. Water is actually most useful for your body, but drinking Gatorade MAKES your mind think you are getting an energy boost, whenever you drink an energy drink you try and feel the energy. That's the point of energy drinks to make you feel good. Also it tastes great.

In the end it doesn't matter, I would actually recommend Gatorade because it helps your mind and it taste great, making you enjoy it

  4. gatorade gives you an advantage over water in that it keeps you thirsty and drinking fluids.  many times, if you just drink water, your body will automatically stop feeling thirsty while you're still dehydrated.  gatorade adds salt that will keep you drinking.  it's your choice though, making sure you drink enough water is good enough

  5. YES well thts what my coach sayyssss.

  6. I really don't like gatorade at all! It makes me more thirsty when i drink it. I think you should stick to water because gatorade has a ton of sugar in it and i always crash a few hours later when i drink it so i don't like gatorade because i go to tournaments and play from 9 in the morning till 9 at night and so i just stick to water but if you're only playing for a couple of hours gatorade is fine to drink but if it were me i would just stick to water.

  7. mhm, actually. in some ways, yes. in some ways, no. because gatorade gives you the energy you need to play BUT it also contains a lot of sugar, so... uhm. thats all i could really tell you.. like, water is the best one you could have, even if you believe it has no taste.. but. its best for the sport :]

  8. For me it works. Ive been playing since 3rd grade and Ive had it before and after I practice. Deibetis runs in my blood so I get shaky so the sugar helps me there. It also keeps you hydrated and energized. So there is nothing wrong with drinking it. Youll be fine. :)

  9. water is much better for you :]

gatorade has a lot of sugar in it, it is supposed to be hydrating, but it doesn't really work for me.

if i were you, i would stick to water ;]
