Is It possible to play xbox 360 games on Ps3?

i was just wounderin cuz u can hook up another opperating system (OS) to the ps3 by goin to settings so it kinda sounds like any operating system can go on there. if u took the opperating system of the xbox 360 and put it on the ps3
