  1. No. I am an amateur boxer and I am 28 yrs of age. As long as you are determined and keep focused you can make any thing happen. Nate Campbell started boxing at 24, turned pro at 28 and became champion this year at 36.

  2. no u r good to start till ur age is 30

  3. There is no too late. Pro boxing does not have an age limit. When you consider how late Marciano started 24 is not old at all.

Also when you consider that great fighters like Archie Moore and George Foreman were pushing 50 when they retired you could live a whole other of your 24 years before you before you even caught up to their retirement age!

If you plan on being an Olympic fighter however there is an age limit of 34

Other than that GO FOR IT kid and follow your dreams!

  4. No. people dont realize its not so much age as what you have been through. Erik Morales sadly was spent at age 28. He turned pro when he was 17. Antonio Tarver didnt turn pro until he was 29, and he is still a going strong at 39. just assume that any age you start (up until you hit about 31 or 32, thats a little late to start) you have about 10-15 years before your body will wear down

  5. if your good enough you can. it will be more difficult b/c other boxers your age will have much more experience from training than you but that does not mean it is impossible at all.
