Is Jackson, Mississippi close to Ridgeland, Mississippi?

I read somethings,online, about Jackson MS and Ridgeland MS, and it seems that Ridgeland appeared to be cleaner and more developed than Jackson, MS. Is it because of treatment?

  1. Yes they close with in 5 or 10 mile and yes Ridgeland is probable  cleaner and  more developed  than Jackson. Treatment??
