Is Jason Kidd still one of the top five point guards nowadays?

The word point guard is kinda mis-used by so many fans today.  It seems like if the point guard cant score, then he will not be good.  But isnt the point guard's job to help others score.

Kidd can do so much with the ball and make the players around him so much better.  Yes, he can only average maybe no more than 13 points a game, but he'll give you top ranked passing.  And what he missed from the field, he makes up in the rebound department.

No...He hasnt been good the past three years.  yea, he gets a triple double every now and then but its usually with 10 points.  He doesnt have any offense.  Its great to get assists but sometimes a point guard needs to score and he cant.

Top 5 maybe. CP3 and D-will have the point on lock right now. They're fast, very skilled, and really smart with the ball. Kidd's still a great passer I don't think he'll ever lose that, but he's not what he used to be. And Nash is overrated he's just as much over the hill as Kidd.

I think Kidd is on the way out.  The new, young guns are better than he is.  I think that most team would be better if he was on the team but is he the top five?  Not anymore.
