Is Jenny Really Weird?

Right, Jenny always sings to herself, always says whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat really loudly in a funny voice, laughs at really strange things and her eyes always water at strange times. (there are more things which i could list but i have not got all day) Is Jenny weird?
