Is JetBlue a good airline?

I'm booking a flight from Oakland to NY and JetBlue is the least expensive option, but I've never flown on that airline before. I've heard about the "no frills" aspect of their airline, but I haven't noticed that the other airlines have any frills anymore anyway, so I don't necessarily see how that matters. I just wonder if it will be comfortable for a non-stop flight.

except for the one incident in new york where the plane was sitting there for 7 hours or something like that i bet its ok
