People always seem to be under then impression that the 2 political parties in America are totally different from each other, when actually minus some big key issues (usually cultural)- are practically the same.

Of course you are right. However, those figures you cite, are reserved for those who have horrible credit ratings.

I understand.  You don't make your payments, and if you do, they're never on time, and it 's someone else's fault.
