Does Biden say things off the cuff, sure....he also apologizes for it and tries to do better the next time. I am ok with that. Biden did not plagiarize. He has repeatedly used that same speech...on one occasion he forgot to give credit to the source....obviously he was not trying to hide anything, since he has evidence that in every other use of the source he attributed it to the author. Biden isn't a liar.

Yes, he is.  He is one of the longest serving Senators still alive, with ample experience with foreign relations.  He will be an invaluable resource.

It's nice to see people do research about the candidates, and aren't solely rely on what the media is feeding them. Yeah I read this too, and I think Bidens a perfect choice for Obama! I only hope the media makes more notes of Biden's past, and that it will help people choose the right (McCain) person for President.
