It's mostly a school.  They never pay you and don't teach you all of what you need to know.  Honestly none of the modeling schools teach you what you really need to know, they just want your money.  Get a smaller local agent close to you.  They are the ones who really teach you about the buisness, and are more reliable and actually pay you.

ITs an agency as well, but they dont teach you the right things. Go to a Barbizon modeling center.  They are an agency and school.  AND they take you to IMTA.
