I cannot believe anything that John Edwards says. If Edwards lied about one thing then he could lie about another thing.

Oh of course not. Just because he lied before doesn't mean he would lie about something like that. Politicians only lie once a year.

DNA will tell, but only if the mother requests the test.  I think she won't.

It would be stupid to lie about it now if it's true.  I doubt that it is true, but the paternity test will bear that out.

How sad for his wife and kids.  Hopefully they can all get through it.

I'm a Republican, and never supported the Kerry/Edwards ticket...but I don't take any pleasure in hearing stories like this.  Ever.

Why would he be honest now... and why would we even trust what he says? Take a paternity test and get it over with.

Now he can shut his fat mouth about all his "environmental issues" and crawl down from his heavenly platform and hide in a corner until his wife files for divorce and takes 7 or 8 "zeroes" out of his bank account.

Should we have expected anything different? The guy runs on about the environment and yet his mansion uses the energy of 10 normal homes and he burns more oil then an Iraqi campfire. What a bag full of "Edwards" that is.

What next John? Heading out the door to a PETA meeting right after you tear the heads off a litter of newborn kittens?
