Is Jonathan Thurston Moving To The Bulldogs?

I heard a rumor that Jonathan Thurston was moving to the Bulldogs... Is that true?

don't think so. ive heard he has just bought a house up here. so why buy a house then leave the club that he is captain of.

I hear the same rumour too. However with Brett Kimorley coming to the club, i doubt Thurston would want to be just a five eighth. But with so many reasonable players going to the Bulldogs next year, Thurston may be enticed to return to his Junior club. Especially as the Cowboys arent going much chop lately and Folkes is going!

No. I doubt thurston would go back to the dogs and i doubt they couls afford with the players they've alreay signed for next year.

They  were thinking of signing him but later that week he signed a 3-4 year contract with the cowboys. I cant see Thurston leaving  for a long time yet. He said he was happy up at Townsville.

Nah, no way.

He is a Queenslander, and no the bulldogs were not his junior club, he played for Souths Sunnybank Magpies. Which entitles him to play for Queensland. Which brings me to the point that he is now back in Queensland, and pretty sure he wouldn't leave.

And yes, he was dumped from the Bulldogs due to the Coffs Harbour scandal, the Bulldogs won't take him back, even though they want to, they can't.

And like stated above, he has bought a house, he's captaining his club, and has become what he is now from playing for the Cowboys.

just quietly........ the bulldogs moved thurston on coz of the infamous coffs harbour incedent! so i dont think they will take him back and risk damming allergations again!
