Is Jones an acceptable middle name?

I'm FTM and am going to change my name to Connor when I get around to it. I need a middle name, and thought of James, since it goes good with Connor, and was one of my grandpa's names, but I had a nephew with the middle name James and he died when he was two months old, so I think it would be weird if I used that middle name. Anyway, I was watching Indiana Jones lol and thought maybe Jones could be a good middle name. Is Jones an acceptable middle name? Thanks.

Jones is ok..doesn't remind me of a middle name.

U can always honor ur nephew and use James.

Connor James is nice.

so you'd rather name yourself after a movie than your nephew.  yes, i think jones is acceptable and points to an appropriate set of values (as in, keeping up with the....)

may want to reconsider James, since that was your first choice. or something else.

Jones is a tradition Welsh surname.  Surely you can do better?

Well, if "Apple" is an acceptable name, I don't see why "Jones" couldn't be a good middle name...

Yes its a rather good name in my opinion. My friend Just had a baby and she named him Konner Jones.

his aunt calls him Jonesy as a nick name.
