Is Jones soda better or worse for u then normal sodas ?

well jones is made with pure cane sugar which is natural but nomal soda has refined sugar and all this glucose and sucrose syrup stuff so like a bottle of jones is really like only 10 grams of sugar compared to all the other sodas right thats what i think please help me oh and if u drink to much u will get high kinda but like a sugar high u feel good and u think everything is funny but it its not lol lol

Refined sugar is also made from the sugar cane, so no better no worse.

yes, jones is slightly better, mostly because they don't use the high fructose corn syrup that regular sodas use.

but, any soda would give you a sugar high if you drank too much... but that might mostly be a mental thing, you think you're going to get a sugar high so you do....
