Is Judd Trump a future world number one?

Judd Trump has continued to excite since bursting on to the snooker scene as a youth. An English Under-13 and Under-15 champion, Trump also became the youngest player ever to hit a competitive 147, aged just 14.

Now, a Championship League winner, is the 20-year-old nailed on for that coveted number one spot in the near future? He’s certainly among the favourites.

Well, a year and three months on, and I think Judd Trump could be world number one. He came close to being world champion, but he just needs to learn a few tricks in snooker and take a leaf out of Higgins' book.
